I was setting up a rather unusual B2B case for a client using this plugin.
At first, everything went smoothly, but then I got stuck and felt like asking for a refund for the plugin. Luckily, there was a great tech support team that easily handled all my difficult technical questions and even fixed small bugs.

We have been using WooCommerce B2B on a site for over a year now. The features are everything you might need for trade accounts. The support is also second to none. On the rare occasion I have to contact support, usually for a setting I've overlooked they are always very quick to reply. You're in good hands with this app and with this team.

This plugin works very well but what I would like to mention in particular is the quality of the customer support. Just PERFECT !!! First : that plugin allows me to have regular customers and B2B customers clearly separated, each with its own policy (shipping, taxes, rebates, payment methods...). Also I had a bug on VAT on shipping costs, contacted the support, got an answer, a fix, installed, tested, working in less than an hour. That's just what I call a perfect client service, congrats!

This is a nice plugin. However, there are grammatical errors in the notification emails, etc. which matter for English users. For example, "Your customer account is now abled to purchase." It should be rewritten. Also, in the account approval email it still has a footer saying "We are checking your account, please wait for the activation confirmation email before trying to login", even though the approval is already active in the email itself.
