How to massively modify price lists and tier prices in WooCommerce B2B

Target
In this article, we’ll show you how to apply different price lists and tier prices per customer group to all your products in bulk and with just a few clicks using a CSV file and import/export tools.
Intro
With WooCommerce B2B, you can create differentiated price lists for each product based on the customer group.
With dozens or hundreds of products, updating prices manually can seem like a nightmare.
Whether it’s a general price list realignment, an increase due to supply costs, or a seasonal discount on a specific category, doing it individually from the WooCommerce product panel is inefficient and error-prone.
Fortunately, WooCommerce natively integrates import and export tools that allow you to work securely and massively using simple CSV files editable with Excel or Google Sheets.
WooCommerce B2B integrates seamlessly. In this guide, we’ll show you how to export products, automatically change prices, and reimport updated data without losing information in just a few clicks.
In this example, we’ll see how to change prices for a group called “Partners.”
Please note that for each group you created, in import/export tools you’ll have two dedicated fields called Regular price (GROUP NAME) and Sale price (GROUP NAME).
Step 1: export products from WooCommerce
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Products → All Products.
- At the top, click Export.
- In the export screen, leave all columns selected or select only the ones you need (for example: ID, Name, Regular price (Partners), Sale price (Partners) and Categories).
- Click Generate CSV. WooCommerce will download a .csv file containing all the selected products.

Tip: If you only need to update prices, just use the minimal columns you need. This will make the file smaller and easier to manage.
Step 2: edit prices with Excel or Google Sheets
Open the CSV file you just exported with Excel (or upload it to Google Sheets).
You’ll see a table with the products and their information.
Now you can manually edit prices in the Regular price (Partners) or Sale price (Partners) columns or apply automatic changes with Excel formulas.

If you have a “Categories” column, you can filter for products that belong to, for example, the Shoes category.
- Apply a filter (menu → Data → Filter).
- Filter the “Categories” column with the word “Accessories”.
- In the Regular price (Partners) column, enter a formula like this to reduce prices by 10%:
=A2*0.9(Assuming the original price is in cell A2) - Copy the formula to the other filtered rows.
- Once you’ve applied all your changes, convert the formulas to static values (copy → paste as values), so the CSV doesn’t have formulas, but only numbers.

Step 3: reimport updated products into WooCommerce
- Go back to Products → All Products.
- Click Import.
- Upload the updated CSV file.
- In the Field Mapping screen:
- Make sure the “ID” field is mapped correctly. This allows WooCommerce to update existing products instead of creating new ones.
- Check that the Regular price (Partners) and Sale price (Partners) fields are linked to their respective WooCommerce fields.
- Check the “Update Existing Products” option.
- Click Run Import.

Once complete, WooCommerce will automatically update the prices of all products matching the IDs in your CSV file.
In the example we saw how to update the prices of a specific group, but obviously you can extend these tips and procedures for all the fields you prefer, whether they are WooCommerce or WooCommerce B2B, such as min/max quantity per group, Hide prices flag, Tier prices per group etc.
Here a list of product fields managed by WooCommerce B2B you can bulk manage in Import/Export tools:
- Product visibility
- Groups increment quantity (packages)
- Groups minimum quantity
- Groups maximum quantity
- Group hide stocks
- Groups hide prices
- Groups dedicated prices
- Groups tier prices
- Barcode
Step 5: an in-depth look at tier prices
Tier group prices are formatted with a particular pattern. Each tier group price is identified by the couple quantity-price, separed by colon (:). Multiple tier group prices are separated by pipe (|). For example:
10:190|20:180
means that up to 10 quantity product price is 190, up to 20 quantity product price is 180 and so on.
You can add all tier group prices you prefer.
