WooCommerce B2B allows you to add min and max leadtimes to different WooCommerce shipping classes to calculate and display an estimated shipping date for your products. To show you this feature quickly and easily, we have prepared some ready-to-verify use cases in our demo and a step-by-step setup guide.

Try in demo!

Check how the estimated shipping date changes based on the min and max leadtimes entered. WooCommerce B2B also allows you to set weekdays and holidays for a precise calculation of the dates based on your scenario.

Step by step configuration

The involved options are:

  • WooCommerce -> Settings -> B2B -> Delivery week days
    Set the days of the week to consider when calculating the estimated date of arrival. For example, if your shippers deliver from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be counted as useful days of delivery.
  • WooCommerce -> Settings -> B2B -> Holidays
    Set the days considered holidays based on your work calendar. Holidays will not be counted as useful days of delivery.
  • WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Classes
    You can create different shipping classes (ex: express, standard, on order, etc.) and set a range of min and max delivery days for each. These will be used to calculate a minimum and maximum estimated delivery date.
  • Products -> {EDIT PRODUCT} -> Shipping -> Shipping class
    For each product you can set the shipping class used, based on which the estimated delivery date will be calculated.
  • Users -> Groups -> {EDIT GROUP} -> Show delivery time
    Choose whether to show the estimated delivery date to customers belonging to the specific group.
